What is the check-in/check-out time at Claycomb Chalets?

Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs, please.


Do you allow pets at the chalets?

We do allow up to 2 pets per cabin with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Please review our pet policy for details and breed restrictions.


Is smoking allowed in the chalets?

No, all of our chalets are non-smoking. This includes vape and cannabis products.


Are the chalets equipped with Wi-Fi?

Yes, we provide high-speed wireless internet access in all of our chalets.


What amenities are included in the chalets?

Our chalets come with a full kitchen, flat-screen TVs, a wood-burning fireplace (with provided firewood), towels, linens, and more. Please see the specific chalet listing for a complete list of amenities.


Is firewood provided for the wood-burning fireplace and firepit?

Yes, we provide enough firewood for the duration of your stay. Additional firewood may be purchased by contacting us.


How many guests can the chalets accommodate?
